Auto Close of windows trending idea

Sensor that detects rain could sense rain when parked and auto close windows if they are "vented"... At minimum if push alerts are set it could send a message to the user that asks "close windows?" when rain is detected... I frequently use the vent option for the windows in my car (live near atlanta) however I don't always see that it is raining until it is too late. I believe the hardware is all installed, just a little... more »

Assign Mobile Phone to Profile and Key Selected

Sometimes when there are two mobile phones in the car, the car will connect to the passenger's phone instead of the driver's phone. It would make more sense if the car knew which mobile phone was connected to which driver profile and then automatically switch to the active profile when you get in the car.

Edit: Just to clarify some confusion here, this idea is referring to the Bluetooth connection of the phone (not the... more »

Idle falling/low tire pressure warning

A Tesla owner should never be surprised when walking out to their car only to find a flat tire, because the car is capable of alerting them. Allow user to turn on reporting [to the mobile app via push notification] of tire pressure state when car is idle at user-selected intervals from 1 to 12 hours, on demand [via user tapping a button in the mobile app "Controls" section] with or without automatic reporting [via push... more »

Detect Driver in Seat Before Switching to Bluetooth Implemented

When a Tesla is unlocked and you're in the middle of a call, it's pretty eager to switch the audio from the phone over to the car. This can be frustrating when you're in the middle of a call and you are not even inside the car yet. Or when you're near the car and someone else gets in the car a similar thing happens.

Suggestion: use the seat occupancy sensor to check if the driver is in their seat. Once the seat is occupied,... more »

Add open charge port button to widget

When using the widget on my iPhone, I would like to have a button to open the charge port. No I have to either open the app or get into my car and do it via the screen.

I have seen reports on the Internet that placing your phone against the charge port also has to open the charge port, but this somehow doesn't work for me unfortunately.

A quick way to switch between the Tesla's you own

I have a Model S and a Model 3. The model 3 operates with Phone key, but when my Model S is active in the app, the key of the Model 3 is not active (which makes sense).

I'd like a quicker way to switch between cars, this could be through a widget, so that I can access the model 3 quicker.

Sure, If I think about it ahead of time and swich cars all is fine. But quite regularly I'm already in front of the model 3 and then... more »

MVA App

For centuries, the motor vehicle has evolved. Tesla being the cutting edge of the evolution. There is but one device that has aged and demands an upgrade. The vehicle alarm system is overdue for an upgrade and the concept came about because the increasing cases of vehicle theft in my country South Africa.

Widget(s)

Add widget(s) to toggle window vent & show their state, to toggle climate, to show charge level, to show location, something about solar/powerwall, etc. Must be resizeable to 1x1 or no deal. (I know that third-party apps do at least some of that, but they bug me that they're potentially incompatible and make them uninstall them anytime a soft reset doesn't fix an app problem)
