Just like manual AC on/Off, we need heater on/off to prevent heater from coming on. Useful when you just want 'vent' with no energy-sapping heater engaging.
Be able to see battery temperature in the car and on the mobile app.
Edit: clarified that this idea is about displaying the temperature.
Need ventilated seats back. Frankly ridiculous for a premium car not having a feature available on a $20k chevy. A deal breaker for my wife.
It would be a helpful feature for the driver and/or the passenger to be able to turn off their side of the fan/blower. I have had passengers that don't want constant air on them while I want the climate controls on. Those same people will eventually drive and may or may not want the option to turn off the fan/blower for their side but leave the fan on for the other person in the front seat.
When your Tesla mobile app notices that you are getting close to the car (say in the parking lot), the climate system is turned on and starts to cool down the crazy hot car to its last known temperature setting. Now you have a nice cool car waiting for you... more »
Instead of manually controlling the seat heaters, it would nice if the seat heater temp would be controlled relative to the cabin temperature. So as the cabin temp warms up, the seat heaters slowly ramp down the heat so my butt isn't 🔥 .
It would be cool if the air coming from the HVAC vents for the driver and passenger to oscillate left and right for better air movement
We have heated seats which I will use a few times a year but in West Texas the cooled seats would be very appreciated during the hot summer days
The visual to show that climate control is ON or OFF is a little unclear. It would be better if it was more obvious if it was off (see proposed design).
Be able to set timer with your phone to set time an temperature to start ur car 5-10 mins before getting in car set timer for going out to lunch and leaving work for the day also set for mornings
Currently, the thumbwheel climate control can only turn the fan down to 1; it cannot turn it all the way to 0.
This means I either have to put up with air still blowing in my face, albeit gently, or reach across to the center console to go into the climate control to turn the fan to "off".
Please update the software to allow the thumb wheel to turn the HVAC system all the way off, instead of stopping at "1".
