When in park, all the rear cameras would look for cyclists (or cars) coming up from behind and show some kind of alert so you don't door a cyclist. When you're parked next to a bike lane, show a warning when in park to look out for cyclists.
Since side cameras are available, when the signal light is turned on, a split screen of the blind spot in the same direction as the signal light should appear on the screen.
There are people that like Coke vs Pepsi. Some wash their legs when they shower and some don't. Is the shoe pink or gray? Some controversies are never resolved.
But, can we all agree to display battery % remaining AND miles remaining at the same time? Then we would all be happy.
If a sentry mode break in event is triggered, then capture video using the in-cabin camera as well.
Edit: Just to clarify some confusion here, this idea is referring to the Bluetooth connection of the phone (not the... more »
Develop a new neural net just for potholes dubbed, Deep Pothole (or Deep Hole) purely for detecting potholes in the road. The system would upload pothole location data to the cloud, building a global map of all potholes (aka PotMap). Also autopilot would avoid the pothole automatically. Finally, if you're not using autopilot, a warning would chime if a pothole is coming.
A feature which will overlay a scaleable live weather radar image over the map on the touchscreen.
This would give a visual warning of rain or approaching storms, etc.🌧 ⚡️

A few competing vehicles show a bird's eye view of the car when backing up. Its a great way to improve safety and increase awareness when in reverse.
Note: this is different thank showing the side and rear cameras.
Display Tesla insurance card. File claims. Make changes to insurance plan.
Have the car auto automatically select "Garage Mode" when the car detects that you are in the garage. Just like Home link knows you're home. This mode leaves the car unlocked so that you can come back whenever to get something inside, load golf bags, even charge without having to get a key to get into your own car in your garage.
The danish speedlimit zones are very different from the zones the autopilot detects. It would be nice if you were able to choose "adapt to actual speed." Or the autopilot adapted to speedlimit shown on the traficsign. It would also be a big help around roadconstruction sites.
Currently the Model X and Model S does not support using your phone as a key (as passive entry). Sometimes it's nice to not have to carry around a key fob.
The idea would be to bring this same feature that's in the Model 3 to the Model S/X.
Just like driver profiles, it'd be great if there were a profile for the passenger settings as well.
